This privacy notice applies entirely to StickerLume Moji, an Android sticker & emoji browsing application built to view, preview and share built-in sticker packs for instant messaging platforms. This document fully describes our practices around collecting, processing, storing and protecting any data generated during your use of this app.

By downloading, installing, opening and browsing sticker content inside StickerLume Moji, you voluntarily accept all terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, please uninstall the app and stop all usage immediately.

StickerLume Moji fully complies with Google Play User Data Policy, CCPA/CPRA, EU GDPR and U.S. COPPA. Our core design principle is minimal data access: the app contains no functionality that requires reading local user files, media, contacts or personal device data.

2. Zero System Permissions Statement

This application does not ask for, nor obtain access to, any standard or dangerous Android permissions, including but not limited to: storage / all files access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, notification access or background run permissions.

All sticker assets are pre-packaged inside the app installation file. The app never scans, reads, imports or exports any photos, videos, documents or personal files stored on your device. No file read/write operations targeting user private storage are executed at any point. There is no requirement to grant any permission to launch or use all core sticker browsing features.

3. Information We May Gather

We do not collect names, contact information, location data, financial information, social media accounts, private chat records or any personal identifiable media files from your device.

4. How We Use Collected Data

All gathered data is processed only for limited, defined service purposes. We will not repurpose your information for unrelated activities without your separate written consent.

• Deliver core sticker browsing experience: Load built-in emoji and sticker packs for preview and sharing operations
• Resolve app crashes and optimize compatibility across all Android device models

StickerLume Moji will never sell, rent, trade or license any anonymous device data to ad agencies, data brokers or commercial third parties for profit.

5. Integrated Third-Party SDKs

We only share anonymized non-personal statistical data with official Google SDK partners. All vendors sign binding data protection agreements prohibiting unauthorized data disclosure.

• Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collect anonymous crash logs to repair app bugs; this SDK cannot access any local device files or private user content
• Google AdMob: Deliver free in-app non-personalized ads, control ad display frequency and limit repeated pop-ups
• Google Play Billing: Process optional ad-free premium purchases; all payment data is fully managed and stored by Google, never cached or saved by StickerLume Moji

Legal Mandatory Disclosure

We may release aggregated anonymous statistical data only when receiving valid court orders, official government regulatory demands, or when disclosure is necessary to protect platform security and user data safety.

6. Data Storage & Retention Rules

• Anonymous crash & usage logs: Retained on backend servers for up to 12 months for product optimization, then permanently auto-deleted
• User feedback records: Support messages stored for 90 days to handle follow-up inquiries, then fully purged from all databases
• No local user-generated file cache: The app does not create or store temporary copies of your device’s private media or documents at any time

StickerLume Moji has no cloud sync or automatic upload feature for local device content. No user private data is transmitted to remote servers unless you voluntarily submit feedback via the built-in form.

7. Data Safety Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect anonymous device data against unauthorized access, leakage and tampering:

• All network data transfers between your device and third-party SDK servers use TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption to prevent interception during transmission

StickerLume Moji never sells any personal identifiable information, so there is no separate opt-out process for data sales. Exercising your CCPA rights will not block full access to all free sticker browsing features.

10. GDPR Protections for EU, UK & Swiss Users

Users located within the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland receive full data subject protections under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the legal right to object to data processing based on legitimate business interest, and you may submit a formal written complaint to your local data protection authority if you believe StickerLume Moji violates GDPR privacy standards.

All cross-border data transfers outside European territories use European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses to maintain equivalent data protection levels for EU users.

11. COPPA Children’s Privacy Rules

StickerLume Moji is designed and rated for users aged 13 and older. We will not intentionally collect personal identifiable data from children under 13 without verifiable written parental consent required by U.S. COPPA regulations.
